The Hampshire Chess Minutes for the AGM and Council meetings are held in a book and I have used this when writing various articles on the website. On the main this is for the Hampshire Chess Individual Championships, but I have also used for clarification on other activities e.g. which officers were in place during this period.
To ensure I did not constantly use this crumbling book I have scanned the document and have made all 200 pages available below. This means you can also have the joy of reading through the book to understand what was being discussed in this period, enjoying the various handwriting abilities of the relevant secretaries and in some cases fail miserably trying to decipher what was written as well.
The strange thing is that from 1962 there are also typed documents for the various meetings as well, and will endavour to add these in the future, although these are much easier for me to use as reference material as they are now filed safely away behind clear pockets.
