Hampshire played their last match of the Chiltern League season yesterday, at home against a much depleted Buckinghamshire team who could only raise 12 players. Hampshire won by 12.5-3.5, including 4 default wins (matches to be played over at least 16 boards).
The Hampshire team welcomed two new players, Paul Janota and Stephen O’Toole, who both won their games, as did Daniel Shek, Fraser McLeod, Matthew Deacon and Jamie Chilton.

The SCCU amended their qualifying sections which saw Surrey move away from the SE section and Hampshire would not meet them again until 1913.
