The first issue of this magazine (I am not sure if there were any more) from September 1983. The author of this was a player well known in the Portsmouth League, Pat McEvoy.
I have located the July 1983 (RN no 26) edition and have added to the list. A great article on the 1983 Torquay Congress is the highlight.
